Our welcome offer

Qualify and receive your spins

Our welcome offer is open only to fully verified new players registering with us for the first time who are aged 18 or over, and it runs until further notice. You are opted in automatically when you register, and once you claim this offer you are no longer eligible for any other welcome offer with us.

To take part, deposit £10 and stake £10 on Big Bass Hold & Spinner to get 100 Free Spins. Deposits made through PayPal and Paysafe do not qualify for our welcome offer. Once the £10 stake requirement is completed, your spins are added automatically in Big Bass Hold & Spinner, and you refresh the game to play them.

Free spins do not guarantee winnings. We aim to credit prizes promptly, and if a technical or other difficulty causes a short delay, the prize is credited within 72 hours.

Use and convert your winnings

You have 7 days from the date the spins are added to use them, and any unused spins and their winnings are forfeited after that time. Winnings from the free spins are paid out as a bonus with 10 times wagering, playable on Big Bass Hold & Spinner.

You then have 7 days to complete the wagering requirement on the bonus, and any unused bonus funds and winnings left after that period are forfeited. Once wagering is completed, the bonus and any winnings are converted to cash, and the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to cash is £200.

Balances and withdrawals during the offer

If you have an active cash balance, all wagers are taken from that balance first and then from your bonus balance. You can withdraw funds from your Cash Balance at any time, but withdrawing some or all of it forfeits any remaining free spins and any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement.

Players previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses cannot take part, and if a player takes part as the result of an error, we remove any bonus and associated winnings. The same applies to any player found in breach of the welcome offer terms or suspected of fraud.

Our casino games

Slots and providers

We bring you online slots, live dealer games and table and card games from providers including NetEnt, Microgaming and Scientific Games. Our slots offering also includes games from IGT, DaGacube, Eyecon and Play’n Go.

Our Slots by type tab groups slots by Features, Paylines and Themes. Under Features you can choose all slots, jackpot slots, free spins slots, bonus round slots, multi ways extra slots, stacked wilds slots, tumbling reels slots or click me slots. You can also browse categories such as Vegas Favourite and New on the Strip.

Once you register you will find classic and popular slots such as Rainbow Riches, Cleopatra and Pixies of the Forest.

Live and table games

Our live casino games give you the feel of playing at a brick and mortar casino, with a real dealer running the table. Whether you prefer Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat or Poker, our table and card games are there for you, and our Scratch and Arcade collection adds games without reels or paylines. Each table and card game comes from its own provider, so gameplay, winnings and graphics vary from title to title.

Our All Games menu brings slots, roulette and table and card games together on one page.

Playing on the go

We welcome you online at home or on the go. When you use your account on a smartphone or tablet, you can photograph any verification documents we ask for and save them as JPG or PNG images.

Game access

To access all our games you need a registered account and a deposit. From time to time you may receive bonuses or free spins that let you play without a further deposit at that point, and once they are used you need to deposit again to keep playing. Progressive jackpot games are open only to players who have made a deposit.

Deposit methods

Method Minimum deposit Currencies
Visa £10 or €10 Pounds and euros
Mastercard £10 or €10 Pounds and euros
PayPal £10 or €10 Pounds and euros
Paysafecard £10 or €10 Pounds and euros
Apple Pay £10 or €10 Pounds and euros
Instant Bank Transfer £10 or €10 Pounds and euros

Deposits by Visa and Mastercard debit card, Paysafecard, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer are credited to your account immediately upon approval, and all PayPal transactions are credited the same way. PayPal lets you deposit and withdraw without adding your card or bank details to your account. Paysafecard is a prepaid method that lets you deposit without adding card or bank details, and it is used for deposits only. Apple Pay is a fast and secure way to deposit. Instant Bank Transfer moves money directly between your bank account and your Rialto Casino account without using a card.

We do not offer credit. We do not accept credit cards or cards issued by American Express, including cards used through Apple Pay, and you cannot deposit with a credit card registered with an online payment service such as PayPal or Apple Pay.

Whichever method you use, the name on it must match the name registered to your account, and we are entitled to assume you are using your own funds and accept no liability where that is not the case. A payment method that is not in your own name may lead to your account being suspended and further identification documents being requested. Your transactions show as Rialto on your payment method statement. Let us know if a payment method registered on your account is lost, cancelled or stolen, and we may ask you for proof.

Withdrawal methods and timing

Method Withdrawals Minimum withdrawal
Visa Available £10 or €10
Mastercard Available £10 or €10
PayPal Available £10 or €10
Paysafecard Deposits only Not applicable
Apple Pay Available £10 or €10
Instant Bank Transfer Available £10 or €10

You can withdraw by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Instant Bank Transfer in pounds or euros from a minimum of £10 or €10, while Paysafecard does not support withdrawals.

We process most withdrawals back within 10 minutes of your request, most withdrawals are processed instantly and paid into your bank within 15 minutes, while it takes 1-3 working days for withdrawals to reach you on Visa and Mastercard cards not enabled with Fast Withdrawals. All major banks and PayPal are enabled with Fast Withdrawals.

You can deposit and withdraw only with the payment methods we list, and we can only send available funds to a payment method you have used to deposit. You will usually withdraw winnings to the same method you deposited with, and withdrawal requests follow our net deposit policy. If you have deposited with more than one method, withdrawals go to the method with the highest net deposits, which is the running total of deposits minus withdrawals for each method.

Some methods cannot receive refunds, and in that case we pay the funds to another registered refundable method. If you deposited with a non-refundable method, you may face a higher level of identity review before a withdrawal to a different method is approved. For Visa debit cards and third-party payment services such as PayPal, the payment provider may set its own withdrawal limits from time to time, and Customer Services can help if you want to withdraw more than those limits.

You can remove a payment method only when net deposits across all your methods are zero or less. If you no longer have a method that still holds net deposits, contact Customer Services for the appropriate security checks, and in some cases we may need documents confirming the method is no longer active before we remove it.

Checks and withdrawal conditions

Release of withdrawals

You can make withdrawals up to your current available balance once all payments into your account have cleared and have not been charged back, reversed or otherwise cancelled, once we have completed our Verification Checks to our reasonable satisfaction, as long as no law, regulation or regulator requires us to withhold your deposit or winnings, and as long as there is no ongoing or completed investigation into an Error, Interruption or Malfunction involving the services you used or into Prohibited Conduct we have reasonable grounds to believe you may have engaged in. Any delay in providing information we request for these checks may delay your withdrawal.

Fees and first bank transfer

Our fees on withdrawals are zero. Transfers are made only to an account in your name held in one of our permitted territories, and for your first bank transfer we need a statement showing the name, address, sort code and account number. Your bank, financial institution or payment provider may apply its own charges to deposits or withdrawals, and we accept no responsibility for fees or charges applied by third parties. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made in good faith and for the purpose our services are provided for.

Suspension and return of funds

You must not make or attempt chargebacks or deny or reverse a payment you made, and you will reimburse us for any chargeback, denial or reversal and any resulting loss. If we become aware of a suspected or fraudulent payment or other fraudulent activity, we will suspend or close your account, reverse any withdrawal made and recover our loss and any winnings attributable to that activity.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Conduct, we suspend your account without notification while the matter is investigated, and you agree to cooperate fully. Your funds cannot be accessed or withdrawn during a suspension, any balance stays in the account, and we use reasonable efforts to finish the investigation within a reasonable period. If the issue is resolved to our satisfaction we may lift the suspension, and if we decide, acting reasonably, that Prohibited Conduct took place, we restrict or permanently close your account and your details may be passed to a regulatory authority or other relevant third parties. A competent authority may also require us to restrict, suspend or close accounts for legal or regulatory reasons, which can affect how you use your account.

If we close your account, any positive real money balance is paid back to you, except that we have no obligation to refund money in your account if you have engaged in illegal activity, and if we determine, acting reasonably, that you have undertaken Prohibited Conduct we may withhold all or part of the balance and recover deposits, pay-outs, bonuses or winnings attributable to that conduct. If you close your account yourself, any positive real money balance is paid back to you unless our terms entitle us to withhold funds.

Your account and verification

Join and access your account

To register, select the Join Now button and complete the form, and our support staff will help if you have any problems. We ask for your name, address, date of birth, country of residence, email address and telephone number, and we may decline to open an account for any reason.

To open an account you must be 18 or over and above the legal age for gambling where you live, be legally capable of entering binding contracts, live in and access our services from a permitted territory, and not be self-excluded from gambling, including through a multi-operator scheme such as GamStop, or otherwise prohibited from gambling with us. You must act solely for your own personal use and never as an agent for someone else, hold no other open account with us for the same brand and never have had an account with us that we closed. Only one account is allowed per customer per brand, and if we find additional accounts for the same brand we can close them and treat any bonuses accrued from them as void.

By opening an account you also confirm that you meet these criteria, have the mental and legal capacity to take responsibility for your actions, are in a fit state of mind and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and will use our services only lawfully and never in a discriminatory, defamatory, abusive or obscene way. You confirm that you are using your own funds that you can afford or are expressly entitled to gamble with, are not subject to bankruptcy proceedings where gambling spend would breach that arrangement, have never held an account with us or our associates that was closed for your wrongdoing, have given true and complete details and will tell us of any changes, and will not engage in Prohibited Conduct. You further confirm that no employment contract, rule of a sports governing body or professional body prevents you from using our services, that the Rank Group employee gambling policy permits you to play if you work for a Rank Group company, that you do not know the outcome of any event you bet on and that you are not misusing non-public information.

Keep your details complete and accurate, and update anything that affects your account as quickly as possible, such as your payment method and contact details, through My Account or Customer Services. If the payment card on your account is lost, stolen or re-issued, tell Customer Services as soon as possible.

You choose your own username and password when you open an account. Keep them private, because you are responsible for all activity on your account where the correct security information has been provided. If you lose or forget your username or password, or think someone else knows them, contact Customer Services. My Account also shows the last time you logged in as an extra security measure.

Identity and financial checks

We carry out Verification Checks to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, for example on your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and the source of the funds you deposit and use, and we may also run other appropriate credit, fraud prevention and verification checks. Documents we may ask for include your passport, full driving licence, national identity card, marriage or civil partnership certificate, an enrolled deed poll or the Scottish equivalent, a decree absolute or final order, a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months, or a photograph of you holding your passport, driving licence or national identity card open at the page with your details and photograph. By registering, you authorise us to run any Verification Checks we may need at any time and agree to give us the information we reasonably need for them.

We will suspend or place limits on your account while we carry out Verification Checks or until you provide the information and documents we request, and you will not be able to make withdrawals until we have successfully completed our initial Verification Checks. We may close your account if a check shows false information or documents, or if you fail to provide information or documents we reasonably request. If you are found to be under 18, all wagers placed while you were underage are voided, related deposits are returned and we are not obliged to pay any winnings.

We supply the information you have given us to authorised credit reference agencies, which check it against databases they have access to and may keep a record of that check. We may share information with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies for credit decisions, identification checks and fraud detection and prevention, and we may also share your information with our regulators.

These checks are known as Customer Due Diligence, or CDD. CDD starts as soon as you register a new account and takes place periodically during your membership to meet our licensing requirements. It is usually done by an automated system that compares your details with public records and databases during and after registration, and if the automatic check is inconclusive we repeat it manually and ask you for documents to verify your identity. Once your account reaches a certain level of activity, the law also requires us to verify it by requesting Source of Funds or Source of Wealth documentation.

For a manual check, send one clear copy of a valid passport, ID document or driving licence, plus a recent utility bill no older than 3 months showing your name and address, matching the details you used to register. If we ask for a copy of the front and back of your registered payment card, blank out the middle card numbers on both sides so only the first 6 and last 4 digits show, and also cover the CVC or CVV number and the reverse embossed debit card digits. We accept scanned copies but may request originals in some circumstances.

If you do not provide information or documents we request, we may have to place restrictions on your account in line with UK gambling regulations, which may include being unable to deposit or access games and may lead to the closure of your account. If you have provided all the relevant documents when we asked for them, you will not need to submit more information or documents when you request a withdrawal. We do not like to delay any withdrawal, but our licence conditions require us to complete due diligence checks, and once your documents are successfully verified you can resume playing.

Account closure and dormancy

We treat an account as dormant if you do not log in for 12 months or more. If your balance is positive, we try to contact you using the details you gave us at least 30 days before your account becomes dormant, and you can reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time. Funds in a dormant account keep the same protection as an active account, nothing is deducted while it is dormant and your consumer rights are unaffected.

You can close your account at any time by contacting Customer Services, and you remain responsible for all activity on it until it is closed.

Pick Your Vault eligibility and prizes

Eligibility and daily pick

Pick Your Vault is open to customers aged 18 or over at the time of entry who can see it in the Promos section of their account, and it runs until further notice. You can pick a vault only after making your first deposit. The game is free to play between 08:00 and 23:59 every day, and each eligible player gets one pick per day from the three vaults on display, with the outcome decided at random. We endeavour to credit every Vault prize within 72 hours, though a technical or other difficulty can delay or postpone crediting.

Claiming your prize

The possible outcomes are Free Spins, a Prize Draw Ticket, Cash, a Golden Prize or No Win. Claim any prize in the winning pop-up by clicking Accept, which confirms that you accept it in line with the promotion terms, and the prize is then allocated to your account. Claim your Pick Your Vault prize by 23:59 that day or it expires, and then use any free spins within 24 hours of claiming them in the game.

Vault free spins

Vault free spins are valid only on the games shown in your winning message or the Active Bonus section of your account, where the number of spins is also listed. To receive them, launch the game named in the winning message and click Claim. Each Vault free spin is worth £0.10, and free spins do not guarantee winnings. Winnings from Vault free spins are credited as cash, unlike welcome and Rialto Daily Special spin winnings, which are paid as a bonus with their own wagering.

Weekly draw

The prize draw takes place on Wednesday of the following week, with 1 prize available each week. The draw prize is £100 cash, and the winner is notified by account message once it has been credited, within 72 hours after the draw ends. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to every customer who meets the qualifying criteria.

Cash prizes

The value of a cash prize is shown in the winning message, and once you accept the prize the cash is allocated to your account. Cash prizes carry no wagering requirement and can be played on any game.

Rialto Daily Special

Qualify for daily spins

The Rialto Daily Special is open only to existing customers aged 18 or over who can see it in the Promos section of their account, and it runs daily for a fixed promotional period. To take part, opt in once on the promotion page and spend a minimum of £10 cash on any slots games to win 5 Free Spins daily. Qualification is based on cash stakes only, and bonus funds do not count.

Receive and claim spins

Your free spins are credited instantly on selected games, and if a technical or other difficulty occurs, crediting takes place no later than 72 hours after the initial date. You have 24 hours to click Claim after launching the game, then 24 hours to use your free spins before they expire. Within the Rialto Daily Special your free spins are used before your cash balance, while our general bonus rules, which take precedence, use cash before bonus funds.

Winnings and conversion

Daily Special free spins are valid only on Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, Big Bass Amazon Xtreme and Big Bass Secret of the Golden Lake, and any winnings are credited as a bonus playable on those three games. The bonus is valid for 7 days, carries a wagering requirement of 10 times, and the maximum rate convertible to real money is 10 times.

Earning and redeeming Rialto Coins

Earn coins

Rialto Coins is our loyalty points promotion, open to customers aged 18 or over at the time of entry who can see it in the Promos section of their account. Once you have deposited and made real money bets, you automatically start earning Rialto Coins, and the points are credited to your account after midnight the following day. You earn points based on the games you play with real money, and bonus bets do not qualify.

Game type Real money bet Coins earned
Exclusive Slots £1 3
Scratchcards £1 2
Other slots and games £1 1

Redeem points

Once you have earned 1,000 Points you can redeem them for bonuses at a rate of £1 bonus for every 1,000 points. These bonuses come with a basic 10x wagering requirement, so you need a turnover of bets worth 10 times the bonus value on our games. Real funds, meaning deposits or winnings from real money play, are used first, your bonus becomes playable once no real money remains, and you need to meet the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal. Bets that combine real and bonus money pay any winnings proportionally in real and bonus money.

Wagering contributions

Unless otherwise stated, bonus-funded wagers on slots, arcade and scratch card games count 100% towards wagering requirements, so every £1 wagered adds £1. Bonus-funded wagers on table, card and live casino games count 20% towards wagering requirements, so every £1 wagered there adds £0.20.

Rewards Burst prize drops

Rewards Burst is a network-wide promotion run by Games Global and shared across multiple participating operators, combining monthly prize drops with cash prizes and multipliers from a £375,000 prize pool and weekly tournaments where players compete for a share of £10,000. It is open only to existing customers aged 18 or over who can see it in the Promos section of their account, and it runs for a fixed promotional period.

To join the prize drops, select Join Now in the pop-up notification or in the Prize Drop category of the in-game 777 icon, then spend a minimum of £0.10 on eligible games during the promotional period. Bets placed with bonus funds or in-game promotional free spins count as qualifying bets. Winning players receive an in-game pop-up confirming their prize, and taking part in the prize drops does not automatically enter you into the tournaments unless you meet their requirements separately.

Each month the prize drops pay a top prize of £25,000 plus bet multiplier prizes.

Prize Prize value Number of prizes Combined value
Top prize £25,000 1 £25,000
1,000x multiplier £1,000 5 £5,000
500x multiplier £500 20 £10,000
100x multiplier £100 150 £15,000
20x multiplier £20 2,000 £40,000
10x multiplier £10 6,926 £69,260
5x multiplier £5 42,148 £210,740
Total 51,250 £375,000

Rewards Burst tournaments

To join the tournaments, opt in through the in-game pop-up or the Join Now button in the Tournaments category of the in-game 777 icon, and place a minimum qualifying bet of £0.10 on eligible games during the tournament period. You earn points for meeting the win criteria, calculated as your winnings divided by your bet and multiplied by 1000, so a £10 bet that wins £2,500 on one qualifying spin scores 250,000 points.

The leaderboard ranks each player in descending order by their highest points from a single qualifying spin, and a higher later score replaces an earlier one. If two or more players reach the same score, the player who reached it first ranks higher. Prizes go to winning players in descending order of their final leaderboard position, and taking part in the tournaments does not automatically enter you into the prize drops unless you meet their requirements separately.

Leaderboard position Prize value Number of prizes Combined value
1st £3,000 1 £3,000
2nd £1,000 1 £1,000

Total 700 £10,000

Drops and Wins daily tournaments

Drops and Wins is a Pragmatic games promotion that we manage and that is open across all operators with Pragmatic games, as a network campaign in which other participating UK operators also receive rewards from the pool. It is available only on our website, so you need internet access to enter and to claim a prize, and taking part means you agree to its specific promotional terms. It runs for a fixed promotional period, every day, in weekly cycles from Wednesday at 18:01 UK time to the following Wednesday at 17:59 UK time, and each week brings 7 daily prize drops and 7 daily tournaments running in parallel, with 364 daily tournaments across the whole promotion.

To qualify for a daily tournament, join or opt in on any participating game and place a real money bet of at least £0.15 or the equivalent in another available currency. Your score is the sum of your win multipliers, meaning each win divided by its bet, and only your first 5,000 bets in a daily tournament count. For example, a £1 bet that wins £50 scores 50, a £20 Bonus Buy bet that wins £1,000 scores another 50, and the final score is 100.

The leaderboard updates in real time, and you can view it in the game whenever you play a participating game. Daily leaderboards rank players by the sum of win multipliers, with a chance to win up to £3,000 in cash, and if two or more players finish in the same position, the player who reached the score first receives the higher prize. To win, you need to qualify on the leaderboard and finish in a prize-paying position, and prizes are paid in cash as fixed amounts based on the final score on the in-game leaderboard when each daily tournament ends, in descending order of position.

Weekly Wheel Drops

The Weekly Wheel Drop runs alongside the daily tournaments, with a total expected weekly prize pool of £350,000 across 96,900 prizes, awarded as bet multipliers and free spins. Play with real money on any participating game, with no minimum bet and no extra cost to take part, to collect wheel pieces while you spin your favourite slots. Each spin can trigger only one randomly awarded wheel piece, and once you collect all three pieces you complete the wheel and unlock one of the prizes. Each player can win a maximum of two prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

Wheel winnings are awarded as bet multipliers or free spins on the same bet and in the same game where the prize was won, and winnings from Free Spins Bonus or Instant Bonus prizes are excluded from the multiplier prizes. Free Spins Bonus prizes may be awarded for the same participating game and the same bet as the winning bet, while Instant Bonus prizes are awarded in the game selected for that stage at the same bet. The maximum bet used for a prize payout is £1 or the currency equivalent, and for free spins the next higher bet applies if £1 is not available in the game.

Shared promotion conditions

Eligible rewards and account status

The promoter of our promotions is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. We offer competitions and promotional offers from time to time under our Terms of Use and each offer’s own rules, and any offer can be restricted to particular customers rather than offered to everyone. Unless stated otherwise, rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative is offered, and a promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion with us.

When our regulatory obligations require it, we may ask you before, during or after a promotion for valid proof of identity, such as a passport, or proof of address to verify your identity, age and residency. If your documents show a breach of our general terms and conditions, you are excluded from the promotion and any prizes already allocated or awarded to you are forfeited without compensation. Participants whose accounts are closed or suspended, or who are found to have multiple accounts when a promotion ends, forfeit their prize. The same eligibility and fraud rules apply across Pick Your Vault, the Rialto Daily Special, Rialto Coins and our network promotions, where we remove bonuses and associated winnings from customers who were told they cannot receive bonuses but took part through an error, from anyone in breach of the promotion terms and from anyone suspected of fraud.

Changes and regulatory restrictions

We may withdraw, amend or cancel any competition or promotional offer at any time and without notice. If we do, offers you have opted into or accrued stay valid under the terms that applied when they were granted, or we take other reasonable steps so that you are not disadvantaged, and other than in exceptional circumstances we give notice of any withdrawal, amendment or cancellation. We may also void, withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend a promotion where necessary, without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.

Restrictions may be placed on your account to comply with regulatory obligations, including Safer Gambling requirements, which can limit your ability to take part in bonuses and promotions and to receive marketing about offers, and in that case we are not responsible if your ability to complete qualification requirements or redeem a reward is affected. Where our general Terms and Conditions and a promotion’s own rules differ, our general Terms and Conditions apply.

Our decision on any aspect of a promotion is final and binding, and we accept no responsibility for entries not completed because of a technical fault or malfunction, hardware or software failure, or a satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Each promotion is governed by English law, and any court proceedings about it must be brought in the courts in England. Every promotion is also subject to our General Terms and Conditions, and all communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Promotional abuse

We remove bonus funds and associated winnings where gaming patterns indicate promotional abuse or other prohibited practices. These include, but are not limited to, using promotional funds with other players as part of syndicate play, colluding with other players, manipulating game mechanics to get around wagering restrictions by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets that delay the credit of winnings, stashing bonus stage progression before wagering is complete, taking advantage of game mechanic flaws, and parking cash funds in any product vertical or game to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds. If we close your account after an investigation finds Prohibited Conduct, all wagers and bonuses are void.

Balances and expiry

When we credit you with a bonus, free bet, free spin token or similar reward, its wagering requirement is set out in the promotion rules, and you can only use it for wagers on our website and its associated mobile application. You can only spend a bonus after you have spent the cash in your account, and when a wager combines cash and bonus funds, any winnings from it are credited proportionately to your cash and bonus balances. If you do not meet the minimum wagering requirement within the stated timescale, or within 30 days of the bonus being added if no period is stated, or if you seek to withdraw funds before doing so, the bonus balance and winnings from bonus wagers are forfeited. If you have more than one active bonus, their wagering targets and expiry may be combined, and Customer Services can confirm how this applies to you.

Games and progress

Where you can play each bonus depends on its own conditions, as some bonuses are only playable on Exclusive Slots, and the Promotions area under Account Activity in My Account shows full details of where each of your bonuses can be played. Some games, such as progressives, are always excluded from bonus play. You can see how much wagering is left on any bonus or spins in Promo History under My History in My Account.

Sports betting rules

Scope and wager acceptance

Our event-betting rules apply where the product is available. When you register or use our website and any associated mobile applications, you enter into a binding agreement made up of our Terms and Conditions together with, where the product is available, our Grosvenor poker terms for poker products, our Grosvenor sports betting terms and rules for our sportsbook, the rules of each individual game, including jackpot games, and the terms of any event, competition, promotion, bonus or other offer we publish. Our general terms apply to all wagers, and specific terms also apply to poker, sports betting and games under the relevant rules.

We only accept bets, wagers, stakes and similar transactions made online, including through our mobile applications, and wagers sent by telephone, email, post or fax are not accepted or valid. When you place a wager, the amount is charged to your account and your real money or bonus balance is adjusted, and you cannot place a wager unless you have funds available to cover it. Make sure all the details of a wager are correct before you place it, because once we accept it you cannot change or cancel it. You must use your own judgement and you confirm you have not relied on any statement or advice from us, our employees, agents or licensors when deciding to wager.

We may refuse any wager in whole or in part at our discretion. We may set maximum and minimum wager amounts for specific games and sports in the relevant rules, we impose limits on the maximum winnings regardless of the amount you wager, and we may set account limits, including a maximum on each wager, in line with our legal and regulatory obligations and our commitment to safer gambling. A wager becomes valid only once our systems confirm it has been accepted and we have received payment. If there is any disagreement about a wager, our records prevail unless the result came from our negligence, fraud or manifest error, and if the result on your screen differs from the game server, the game server result prevails, subject to your complaint rights. Some games pass you to a third-party system that may not show all the reporting information on our website, and Customer Services can give you more detail.

Event integrity and cancellation

If there is reasonable evidence or reasonable suspicion of price or event rigging or manipulation of any event or game, if the integrity of an event or game is called into question, if we become aware of irregular or unusual betting patterns, or if there is any attempt to defraud us, we will suspend our offering on the event or series of events in any of its markets and void all relevant wagers. If fraudulent or unlawful conduct is found to have occurred on any event, whether by a sports governing body or by other means, we void wagers placed on it by any individual identified as having misused non-public information and by anyone who, in our reasonable opinion, is connected to, acting with or involved with that individual or the manipulation.

When we void a wager for these reasons, any winnings, bonuses or similar benefits you would not otherwise have received are void and not payable, whether or not they have been credited to your account, and we reverse any withdrawal that has been requested but not yet processed.

Odds errors and settlement

Types of errors

We work hard to provide a high-quality and reliable online gambling service, but technical, human or other errors can occasionally affect our services, and some may not be apparent to you or to us until our checks are complete. Errors include systems or communications errors, delays, severe latency, technical failures, interruptions, malfunctions, bugs and viruses, which we call Interruptions. They also include malfunctions or errors in games, such as faults in the underlying mechanics and maths, in the display of images or graphics, in automated processes, or a game operating differently from its published return to player percentage or game rules, which we call Malfunctions and which may affect the rate, amount or likelihood of winnings being paid out and may only come to light once settlement, outcomes or winnings are investigated. The consequences for affected wagers are set out in this section.

Odds and acceptance errors

Errors include misstated odds or wager terms, a palpable or obvious error where we offer odds materially different from those available in the general market or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event happening, and a wager offer that includes a participant who is not taking part in the event. For live or in-play bets, they include odds based on a score or result shown on our services that differs from the actual score provided by the relevant sports governing body at that time. Errors also include accepting a wager in error and accepting a wager, other than a live or in-play bet, after the event has started. For live or in-play bets, they also include accepting a wager at the wrong odds or price because live coverage was delayed or faulty, on an in-play event that has already happened, or after a separate event that contributes to the result has already happened or is happening, for example a bet that the next goal will come from a free kick placed after a free kick has been awarded.

Settlement and erroneous winnings

Errors also cover settling a wager or calculating and distributing winnings incorrectly, for example settling a fixed-odds bet at odds other than those you placed it at, paying winnings on a losing wager or distributing winnings not due to you. If there is an Error, any wager affected by it is void and any winnings, bonuses or similar benefits you would not otherwise have received are void and not payable, whether or not they have been credited to your account. We reverse any withdrawal requested but not yet processed, and we may suspend betting markets while an Error persists.

While we investigate whether winnings are erroneous, we temporarily suspend payment of them, and we pay or credit them if they are not erroneous and withhold them if they are. If you are able to withdraw any erroneous winnings, you agree to repay that amount promptly, and we may deduct an equal amount from any money we owe you.

Interruptions and reporting

If an Error is or becomes apparent to you, or you suspect one may be happening, you agree to stop using the relevant services and report it to Customer Services immediately. In the event of an Interruption, we do our best to handle it fairly and in a way that does not systematically disadvantage our customers.

Sports data

As part of our sports book offering, we make third-party data services available, including horse racing and greyhound data from the Press Association and live scores and statistics from Betradar. You may use them only for your own personal use and must not distribute or commercially exploit them, your use is at your sole risk, and neither we, our sports book provider Kambi Sports Solutions (Alderney) Limited, the Press Association nor any other data provider or their licensors give any warranty that the data is accurate or that its supply will be uninterrupted.

Our operator and licence

Our operator and GB licence

Your Rialto Casino account and our games are operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar under number 120385 and part of The Rank Group Plc group of companies. For customers located in Great Britain, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under licence account number 57924.

Territories and customer funds

For customers located outside Great Britain, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under licence numbers RGL 133 and RGL 134. We only allow people located in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar to use our services, and making our services available is not an offer or invitation to gamble in any jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by law.

You are responsible for complying with your own local, national or state gambling laws, and we are not liable for any breach of those laws through use of our services from outside a permitted territory. You agree not to try to get around our jurisdictional controls, whether with a virtual private network or otherwise, and no winnings are paid if you access our services from outside the permitted territories. If we learn that an account was opened or used in breach of these territory rules, whether by mistake or otherwise, we close it immediately and cancel all unsettled wagers, and we may terminate your account and refuse any use of our services if we know or reasonably suspect you have used them from outside the permitted territories.

Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Funds at least equal to the value of active customer balances are held on trust for our customers in a designated bank account separate from our business accounts, so that customers can always withdraw their balance or place wagers. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for segregating customer funds at the medium level of protection, which means steps have been taken to protect your funds in the event of insolvency but there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid.

Our safer gambling tools

Limits and session reminders

Deposit limits

If you find it hard to control your gambling, we encourage you to use our features, which include setting a net deposit limit, reality checks such as an hourly reminder of the time you have spent with us, taking a temporary break and self-excluding by closing your account for a set period. Gross deposit limits restrict the amount you can deposit in a day, week or month, so you only deposit an amount you are comfortable with. To set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, open the Deposit Limits tab in the Cashier, or select the Responsible Gaming link at the bottom of the cashier. We suggest you set deposit, wagering and loss limits before you start playing.

Session reminders

Game session reminders, sometimes called reality checks, remind you when you have been playing too long, and you can choose a frequency from every 15 minutes to once every hour. Set one in the Responsible Gaming tab in My Account, and it appears at regular intervals during your gaming sessions. Game session reminders take into account real money bets only.

Take a Break

If you want to step back from gambling for a while, Take a Break locks your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 6 weeks. Head to the Responsible Gaming tab in My Account, or contact Customer Support, which can also arrange a break of up to 6 weeks. While your break lasts you cannot access your account or gamble, you cannot unlock your account before the break ends, and your account unlocks once the break is over so you can play again if you wish. During a break you must not try to reopen your account or open new accounts. A break locks only your Rialto Casino account, so any accounts you hold with our sister sites or other providers are unaffected.

Self-exclusion

Set self-exclusion

If you want to stop for longer than a break allows, we recommend self-exclusion, which you can set by selecting Self-exclusion in the Responsible Gaming tab in My Account or by contacting Customer Services. Self-exclusion can be activated immediately without any cooling-off period. If you self-exclude, it is for a minimum of six months, and you can choose a period of up to 5 years. You cannot access your account or gamble while it lasts, and it applies to all of our websites and associated mobile apps. We carry out reasonable checks to find and block accounts under your name, date of birth and address, so tell us about any account that may not match those exact details. During self-exclusion you must not try to reopen your account or open new accounts, and we strongly recommend you also self-exclude from every other gambling operator you have an account with.

Cash and forfeited benefits

During your self-exclusion period your account cannot be reopened for any reason. Any remaining cash balance is transferred to your bank card or bank account, paid by cheque or sent by another payment method if necessary, and all bonuses, loyalty points and promotion opt-ins are forfeited and will not be reinstated if your account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.

After the exclusion period

Only once your self-exclusion period has passed can you ask to reopen your account, by contacting our Customer Support team. They pass your request to our Safer Gambling team, who will contact you within 3 working days and ask you to complete a questionnaire, so they can assess your request and make sure it is safe for you to reopen your account.

Marketing and matching details

We take all reasonable steps to keep marketing from us away from you while you are self-excluded, although you may still receive promotional material for up to 21 days after your account is closed if you self-exclude after a campaign has launched, and we cannot be held liable for third-party affiliate marketing, which is beyond our control. Our measures to block self-excluded players from registering are robust, but we bear no responsibility or liability if a player keeps depositing and wagering through previously undisclosed accounts or opens a new account with substantially the same details entered differently, and players must not try to get around their self-exclusion by registering with different personal details.

GamStop and exclusion boundaries

GamStop is a free service that lets you self-exclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain, and alongside our own self-exclusion facility we are registered with the GamStop service provided by The National Online Self Exclusion Scheme Limited. A GamStop self-exclusion may take a number of days to become active with us, and while it is active we take all reasonable steps to stop you accessing your online accounts or opening new ones. We can only enforce it using the information you give GamStop when you register, and it may be less effective if that information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, if your account details differ, or if you try to work around it, so give GamStop truthful details that match those on your accounts with us.

Subject to your statutory consumer rights and the liabilities we cannot exclude, we are not liable to you or any third party if you keep gambling with our services while self-excluded where you have tried to get around a GamStop exclusion with different details or extra accounts, changed or entered your registration details differently from your self-exclusion agreement, gambled with us before we received and applied your GamStop notification, registered a new account while GamStop was unavailable, inaccessible or not working properly, tried to take advantage of that, or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control, including GamStop systems failing to identify you or your accounts as self-excluded.

Upholding a self-exclusion is ultimately your responsibility, although we use all reasonable efforts to stop you playing on the account you excluded. If you manage to open a new account with different personal details, we are not responsible for any losses that follow, and we withhold any winnings. We do not pay out winnings from deposits made with a payment method we reasonably believe belongs to a self-excluded member, and subject to our other rights and obligations we may refund amounts you deposited in error during a self-exclusion.

Player protection and promotion restrictions

As part of our player protection measures, you may see changes to the information on our site, especially around promotions and bonuses. Our Player Protection system monitors gaming behaviour on your account, and if your play changes drastically your account may be flagged for review by our Safer Gambling Team. The Gambling Commission requires all gambling operators to interact with customers in a way that reduces the risk of gambling harm, and under the Social Responsibility Code of its Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice we must stop accounts showing signs of potentially harmful play from taking part in new promotions, so as not to encourage that activity further.

One outcome of a review may be that you cannot view promotions or offers on our site, because we do not want to encourage you to play beyond your means or deposit more than you can afford to lose. A restriction on new promotions lasts a minimum of 48 hours, your activity is reviewed automatically each day, and the restriction is not permanent, so you can receive offers again as normal once your activity returns to an appropriate, stable level. Your regular play is not interrupted, and you can still deposit, withdraw and play as normal, although our safer gambling teams may need to contact you after a review and may temporarily block your ability to log in or deposit while they try to speak to you.

Offers you have already opted into or started wagering towards remain available to complete, unless regulatory restrictions on your account affect your ability to qualify or redeem the reward. To protect you consistently, new promotions and offers are restricted across all brands owned by Rank Interactive. Your loyalty levels are not affected, but some recurring promotions are treated as new when a new qualifying period begins and will not be available to you. We encourage you to review your account activity as a whole and use the safer gambling toolkit in your account section, where you can review spending limits or block your account for a set period through Take a Break or Self Exclusion.

Safer gambling support

We have a dedicated safer gambling team that you can reach 24 hours a day, every day. You can talk in confidence to our specially trained customer service team members about taking control of your account, by calling our safer gambling support line on 08003163488 or chatting to us online. GamCare also offers help with gambling-related problems on its freephone number, 0808 8020 133.

Contact our support team

Get in touch

You can call us on 0800 279 7632 from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, reach our customer support team on live chat between 7am and 10:15pm, 7 days a week, or email us anytime at [email protected]. Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for security and training purposes.

Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, contact Customer Services by email or telephone, or use our Support Hub. You can also send a complaint by post to The Rank Group Plc, TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead SL6 8BN. To help us resolve it quickly, include your full name, username, date of birth and details of the issue, such as when it happened, the time and any screenshots or other information you have. For a complaint about a game, also send the Game ID and a screenshot of the game as it finished, where this applies. Let us know if we can make the process more accessible for you, for example through reasonable adjustments or assistance. We are unable to respond to complaints raised through our social media channels.

Raise any complaint as soon as possible and within six months of the incident, as we may reject complaints made after that period. Because of the availability of technical logs, a complaint about the functionality or settlement of a game or wager must be raised within seven days so it can be fully investigated.

If you are unhappy with our first response, you can escalate the issue to our Complaints Team, who will acknowledge it within 24 hours, investigate your concerns thoroughly and discuss how they can help. We aim to reply within 10 working days, although depending on its complexity we may need the full 8 weeks the Gambling Commission allows. If we need more information and do not hear back from you within a reasonable time, we may pause our timeframe until you reply, and we restart it when you do. Our Complaints Team confirms when they consider your issue resolved and sends you a final response by email.

If we have not resolved your issue to your satisfaction after the final response, customers in Great Britain can ask the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, IBAS, an Alternative Dispute Resolution service, to look at the complaint free of charge. Customers located outside Great Britain should contact the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, state that they have a regulatory complaint against Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, provide details of the complaint and complete the Complaint Resolution Request Form.
